EMERGENCY RESPONSE PROCEDURES

BE PROACTIVE

After you are safe and emergency services such as fire, ambulance and police have been called, go to a safe location and contact DALWORTH.

•	Have an Emergency Response Plan (ERP) in place with Dalworth BEFORE a disaster happens. There is no charge up front and it will make the emergency response go much smoother.
•	Call your Dalworth Account Manager as soon as possible, whether or not you have an ERP already. Dalworth is ready to respond to your needs any time!
•	Dalworth Account Managers and Project Managers will be dispatched to your site as soon as we hear from you. It is possible that emergency crews may even precede them to the site. In some cases, our Emergency Response Department may have already heard of your loss prior to your call ... we may even call you first.
•	You should notify your insurance carrier at this point, if you have a Risk Management department, they should be notified so they can do this for you.
•	Based on site inspections and consultation with you and decision-makers within your organization, the necessary personnel and resources will be dispatched to your site and work will begin.
•	Once formal scopes of work have been developed and pricing has been formulated, a formal contract may be generated. Periodic reviews will be made for progress and client satisfaction by you and your Dalworth Account Manager throughout the job.
